The Wastewater Department is operational seven days a week, 365 days per year, however, the regular office hours at the  Kearney Rd facility are Monday through Friday 7AM to 3:30PM.

The Billing Office is located at the Gorham Town Hall, 4736 South St Gorham, NY.  Hours are Monday through Friday 7AM to 3PM.   585-526-6317 ext. 3

Billing Information

We bill our customers quarterly at a current minimum rate of $145 per unit. That minimum charge covers periodic pumping of your tank and maintenance of the system. Our system handles only gray water, therefore, all residents are required to have their own septic tank for solids.
